Prior to founding Hangar 75, Ian co-founded Radical Company, a Global top 5 innovation agency as voted by eConsultancy, where he developed strategies for some of the world's most innovative brands. He also founded Join Sam, one of the first global banks for children, with the goal of promoting financial literacy and inclusion.
An esteemed speaker, Ian has shared his expertise on financial inclusion, trends in millennial financing, venture growth acceleration, risk mitigation, and the future of early-stage investing at various conferences and events. His knowledge and experience also led to his appointment on the UK government committee focused on utilizing technology to improve banking services for underserved communities.
Ian holds a BSC (Hons) in Physical Education, Sports Science, and Recreation Management from Loughborough University. With a passion for innovation, unwavering commitment to excellence, and a strategic focus on venture acceleration and capital, Ian Wilding continues to make significant contributions to the world of digital strategy and entrepreneurship.
