Together with MAPLE New York Executive Director, John Costanzo, we are delighted to announce that Canadian PEO firm, Syndesus, has joined our Canada-U.S. community as our newest organization member.
Syndesus is a Canadian-specific Employer of Record/Professional Employment Organization (EOR/PEO), which helps US companies legally hire workers in Canada without requiring their own entity, registrations, etc. Syndesus provides Canadian HR expertise, healthcare, RRSP, payroll, tax remittance and reporting.
Syndesus also helps US companies retain immigrant tech workers with US work visa challenges (i.e. losing the H-1B lottery, H-1B denial, or inability to bring a worker to the US) by sponsoring their Canadian work visas and near-shoring them in Canada via our EOR/PEO.
As part of their span of services, Syndesus also provides tech recruiting in Canada for US companies.
