MAPLE Welcomes Dion Lobreau, Co-Founder Apricus Energy Partners as an Executive Member

We are pleased to announce that Dion Lobreau, co-founder Apricus Energy Partners based in Ventura, California, is our newest Executive Member.

Dion is an energy expert specializing in hydrogen infrastructure development with a background in power management and business development. In an energy industry career of over 25 years, he is expanding his professional geologist career into the all encompassing energy industry.

Dion spent the first 20 years of his career in Calgary, Alberta within the upstream oil and gas sector as a geologist. During this time, he identified the Montney formation which is one of the largest oil and gas deposits in North America. With this discovery, he co-founded Halo Exploration, his first energy company.

Upon relocating to Ventura, California north of Los Angeles, Dion has spent the last five years focused on the power markets of California and power management at an industrial scale. Understanding the energy markets in California and having past experiences within exploration for energy has enabled him to co-found a hydrogen infrastructure company, Apricus Energy Partners.

Apricus is focused on finding zero emission energy solutions for California. His work is centered on renewable energy procurement for hydrogen production and project origination throughout the Western United States. With the exploratory focus of his career. Dion is always looking for new ways to improve the energy profile that is used within local and regional markets. And as an avid outdoors enthusiast, he continues to pursue the passion of discovery in mountains whenever possible.

Dion can be reached at dion.lobreau@apricusenergypartners.com.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Dion and, as always, thank you for your participation and support.
